Capital Project Support From Planning Through Startup
Northland Project Services provides owner’s representation and project management for industrial and agricultural capital projects.
We help owners move projects from early planning through design, construction, startup, and closeout while maintaining visibility on scope, schedule, budget, and key decisions.
Our role is to act as an extension of the owner’s team - coordinating engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving.

Project Planning & Development
Turn early concepts into executable projects through scope development, preliminary budgeting, scheduling, phasing, risk identification, and project team planning.
Design & Procurement
Coordinate engineers, vendors, and contractors around the owner’s requirements. Support design review, constructability, bid packages, contractor evaluation, scope clarification, and procurement planning.
Construction Oversight
Represent the owner during execution with schedule monitoring, cost and change tracking, contractor coordination, progress meetings, issue resolution, and field oversight.
Startup & Closeout
Carry the project through commissioning, startup, punch lists, training coordination, turnover documentation, final completion, and closeout.
Flexible Project Support
We can plug in where you need it most—supporting a single project, a specific phase, or ongoing capital work across multiple facilities.
Single Project Support
Owner’s representation and project management for a defined capital project, from planning through execution and closeout. Best suited for owners who need dedicated leadership for a specific expansion, upgrade, or construction project.
Phase-Specific Support
Support for specific portions of a project such as planning, design coordination, contractor selection, construction oversight, commissioning, or closeout. This works well when the owner has internal resources but needs additional support during a particular phase.
Ongoing Project Support
