Practical Project Leadership

Northland Project Services provides independent owner’s representation and project management for food, agricultural, and industrial capital projects across the Upper Midwest.

We work alongside ownership, operations, engineers, contractors, and vendors to define projects, coordinate execution, and keep scope, schedule, budget, and key decisions moving in the right direction.

Meet Brady Haberman, PMP

I’m the founder of Northland Project Services, an owner’s representative and project management firm helping food, agricultural, and industrial owners across the Upper Midwest plan and execute capital projects.

I’ve spent my career on every side of these projects—on the plant floor; apart of a national engineering and construction firm; and in owner-side leadership roles. That experience has given me a practical understanding of how owners evaluate projects, how contractors execute the work, and where projects tend to get off track.

My background includes plant engineering, multidisciplinary project management, and owner’s-representative work from Oilseed Processing to Pet food Manufacturing. My experience spans capital projects ranging from smaller facility improvements to greenfield developments exceeding $500 million, with responsibilities across planning, contractor selection, equipment procurement, construction execution, cost and schedule control, commissioning, startup, and turnover to operations.

Across those roles, I’ve worked on everything from equipment upgrades and plant expansions to major greenfield developments. I bring that experience to Owner’s with a simple approach: stay close to the work, communicate directly, and keep the owner’s priorities at the center of the project from planning through startup.

If you have a project on the horizon—or need additional project leadership—let’s talk.
